CKYC students recently visited the Macao International Art Biennale, which included the Macao Art Museum, a special exhibition at Wynn Palace, and the “London Pavilion”, bringing students a rich artistic experience and inspiration. The Macao International Art Biennale showcased works by artists from around the world under the theme “The Fate of Statistics.” Students appreciated various forms of art at the exhibition, including painting, sculpture, photography, installation art, and multimedia works. They were fascinated by the artists’ exploration and expression of statistics, and gained a deeper understanding of contemporary art. The special exhibition at Wynn Palace, “Lights and Shadows: Rediscovering Da Vinci,” presented the works of master Da Vinci through light and shadow, providing students with a unique visual feast. The students were captivated by the realistic lighting effects, as if they were immersed in Da Vinci’s world. They had a profound experience of the uniqueness of Da Vinci’s art and marveled at his integration of science, art, and human wisdom. This visit allows students not only to appreciate world-class artworks but also to expand their artistic vision and thinking. Students gained inspiration and insights from this art exhibition and applied these enriching experiences to their own learning and creativity.
