On October 11, 18 and 25 at 7:30 pm, Choi Kai Yau College held a series of Cantonese Class at W12-G023. More than 40 students participated in the activity. The purpose of this event is to solve the problem of language barriers between local students and non-local students, and to improve the understanding of Cantonese among the non-local students. The series of activities mainly include guessing Cantonese songs, Cantonese sayings, self-introduction and the use of common phrases. During the activity, everyone actively spoke up. Some students even took notes for review. The students are very fond of this activity and hope to hold more similar activities in future.
