Student losing the room keycards for any reason must report the loss as soon as possible to the General Office (or to report at the Security Counter during the non-office hours) and go through the replacement procedure during office hours.

Replacement procedures: 

  • The Office / Security Counter will verify the identity of the.
  • A replacement fee must be paid via the UM APP. The fee is MOP 20 for the first replacement and MOP 50 for the second and any subsequent replacements.
  • New keycards will be available for collection from the Office within three (3) working days.
  • All replacement fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
