In August 2023, Student CHAN Iat Tin, our proud CKYC student, started his journey in Glasgow, Scotland, for the “2023 UCI CYCLING WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS”, and completed it with a perfect end by securing a commendable 6th place in the World Championship for artistic cycling.
Chan, together with his partner TANG Song Hei, who are the pair holding the current Macau record, achieved 72.63 points, taking the highest ranking of Macau in the Pairs Open Discipline since 2007.
In addition, Chan gave his best effort and surpassed himself by clinching the 11th Place (scoring 124.15) from Men Elite Artistic Cycling – Single. This sets his personal best record in the stage of World Championships.
