In response to World Care Autism Day, Choi Kai Yau College organized the “Forest of Life, Whisper of Starlight” Autism Inclusion Art Activity in March, inviting autistic learners and college students to create eco-bags together. This meaningful event not only promoted emotional exchange between both parties, but the artworks were also recently showcased at an art exhibition held as part of the World Care Autism Day series, extending the message of inclusion from campus to the wider community.

During the creative process, college students patiently guided autistic children in expressing their ideas. Through dialogue and collaboration, they completed eco-bags filled with warmth and creativity. Using art as a universal language, the students and autistic children were able to bridge communication barriers and establish sincere, profound connections. At the same time, the college students enhanced their empathy and sense of social responsibility through hands-on interaction. Through these heartfelt creations, people can continue to foster a more inclusive and compassionate social atmosphere, allowing the autistic community to feel greater support and respect from society.
